We seek the best and brightest graduates to join our NTMA Associate Programme, a programme that is designed to inspire, develop, and challenge future leaders.

We have several exciting opportunities for talented and motivated graduates, commencing September 2025.

The programme is 24 months in duration. In some instances, our Associate Programme will consist of rotations across different business units.

The Associate Programme with the NTMA is an incredible way to kick-start your professional career. On any day I could be attending various Committee meetings, or reviewing and drafting legal contracts for the organisation. I have participated in many workshops and coaching sessions with skilled professionals and I have had the opportunity to pursue further educational qualifications while being completely supported by the organisation.
