Ireland sells €500m of Treasury Bills by auction
18 July 2019 -The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) has today completed an auction of Irish Treasury Bills, selling the target amount of €500 million. The NTMA offered €500 million of the existing Treasury Bill maturing on 22 June 2020.
Total bids received amounted to €1.525 billion which was 3.05 times the amount on offer. The Treasury Bills, which have a maturity of 11 months, were sold at a yield of -0.54%.
