NTMA to hold bond auction on 14th May 2020

11 May 2020 – The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) announces that it will hold a bond auction on Thursday, 14th May 2020. There will be two bonds offered in the auction.

The details of the auction are as follows:

Bonds to be auctioned:1.1% Treasury Bond 2029 and
1.5% Treasury Bond 2050
Auction size range:€1,000 million to €1,500 million
Auction opens:8:00 a.m.
Auction closes:10:00 a.m.
Settlement Date:18th May 2020

The auction will be conducted on the Bloomberg Auction System and will be confined to recognised Primary Dealers.

A non-competitive auction for 15 per cent of the amount sold in the competitive auction will immediately follow and will close at 10:00 a.m. on Monday 18th May 2020.
