NTMA to hold scheduled bond auction on 20th March 2025

18 March 2025 – The National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) announces that it will hold a bond auction on Thursday, 20th March 2025.

There will be two bonds offered in the auction.

The details of the auction are as follows:

Bonds to be auctioned:

2.6% Treasury Bond 2034 and

1.7% Treasury Bond 2037

Auction size:

€1,000 million

Auction opens:

8:00 a.m.

Auction closes:

10:00 a.m.

Settlement Date:

24th March 2025

The auction will be conducted on the Bloomberg Auction System and will be confined to recognised Primary Dealers.

A non-competitive auction for 15 per cent of the amount sold in the competitive auction will immediately follow and will close at 10:00 a.m. on Monday 24th March 2025.
